At Che Foods, we understand that once you order your favorite pickles, you want them on your dining table as soon as possible. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (during festival seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship across India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days.

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship to most pin codes across India.

(Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to courier operational issues or unforeseen weather conditions.)

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages during Transit

We take great care in packing our glass jars and food products. However, Che Foods is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
